Terms and Conditions

  • Family discount applies to families that attend Gentle Care Dentistry

  • Parents or guardians will receive 10% off their next periodic check-up and clean. A periodic clean will be $193.50 (usually $215)

  • Can not be used on the New Patient Package

  • The parent or guardian will only receive the discount after their child's (under 18) check-up and clean

  • The discount only applies for a check-up and clean and no other treatment. Item numbers that apply include 011, 012, 114, 115, 121, 022, 037

  • Parents or guardians must mention the family discount to the reception before payment

  • Only ONE discount can be used at each appointment
